So much so that many hope Nintendo will release a demo of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom ahead of its release.

Will The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom have a demo?

There is no official answer to whether there will be a demo for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. However, it is highly unlikely that Tears of the Kingdom will receive a demo. While Nintendo sometimes releases demos for their games, The Legend of Zelda is a flagship series and most likely won't follow this trend.

The Legend of Zelda series, Tears of the Kingdom included, are system sellers and usually score the highest among game releases on a Nintendo console. With The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild being one of the best games of all time, Nintendo likely doesn't feel the need to release a Tears of the Kingdom demo.

Demos are usually released to showcase a game and attract players who may not play the game otherwise, but The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom shouldn't have this issue. That being said, a demo for the upcoming Zelda title would be amazing and would let fans play the title early.
