When fighting the various types of zombie enemies in 7 Days to Die, you will eventually get infected. Luckily, getting an Infection is not the end of the world, as it can be cured by getting Antibiotics in the game. That said, you can find Antibiotics in various places across the world in 7 Days to Die.

Best locations to find Antibiotics in 7 Days to Die

The best sources of Antibiotics in 7 Days to Die range from medical cabinets, pill cases in Pop-N-Pills stores, and the occasional Airdrop. We recommend locating Airdrops whenever they drop in your game. Airdrops on default settings will drop every three days, but you can change the setting to make them drop anywhere from once a day to every seven days. Beyond farming Airdrops, we recommend trying your luck checking medical cabinets in the bathrooms of homes or checking Pop-N-Pill stores.

Where to find Airdrops in 7 Days to Die

If you want to find a few Airdrops for potential Antibiotics, you must wait until one drops in your game. On default settings, the rate will be around three days. When your game reaches the third day, you should hear an airplane flying, and an Airdrop icon will appear on the map. Head to the Airdrop's location via its icon on the map to find it. After you grab the drop, another one will drop from a plane in three days. 

How to craft Antibiotics in 7 Days to Die

Another method to get your hands on Antibiotics in 7 Days to Die, is to craft them yourself. You can craft Antibiotics by unlocking the recipe. Do so by getting all four levels in the Physician skill or finding the recipe while looting. Once unlocked, you can craft Antibiotics inside a Chemistry Station or campfire if you have a Beaker. Crafting Antibiotics require the following resources in 7 Days to Die: One old Sham sandwich, One Nitrate Powder, and one Murky Water.
