Apart from the Blessing System, another passive buff system that is a part of Sailor Piece is the Spec Passive system. Despite the name, the passives will buff both the selected Spec and Sword. In this guide, you’ll learn everything you need to know about the Sailor Piece Spec Passives system, including how to get these passives and a full list of all the effects.
How to Get Spec Passives in Sailor Piece
Spec Passives can be obtained from the Spec Passive NPC at Judgement Island. You’ll need Passive Shards to roll at the Spec Passive Gacha. However, before you can use it, you’ll first need to unlock it. For that, you need to complete the following two requirements:
- Reach Level 10,000.
- Give 5,000 Gems to the Spec Passive NPC.
If you check both these boxes, talk to the Spec Passive NPC to unlock the Spec Passive system. Once unlocked, you can roll for Spec Passives using Passive Shards.

How to Get Passive Shards in Sailor Piece
Once you unlock the Spec Passive system, you’ll enable Passive Shard drops. If you’ve already done that, you can farm any mobs or bosses on any island to get this item.
Every NPC enemy in Sailor Piece has a very low chance (exact number is unknown) to drop Passive Shards. This is where the tried and tested Quake x Shinjuku Island farming method comes in. If you’ve already tried that and haven’t had much luck, have a go at the Judgement Island mobs and see if your luck turns.

Sailor Piece FAQs
For damage, the best Spec Passives are Damage V and Berserker. Executioner has high numbers, but it only kicks in when the mobs/bosses fall below 50% HP.
If you want to farm/macro in Sailor Piece, get the Fortune Chaser Spec Passive. It directly boosts your luck and increases the number of drops by +1, allowing you to farm the rarest items in the game.
No, the effects of Spec Passives only apply to Specs (fighting styles) and Swords.
