How to Get Cosmetic Crates in Sailor Piece
Cosmetic Crates can be purchased from the Tower Shop for 1.2k Tower Tokens or obtained as a rare drop from all NPCs, Mini-bosses, and World Bosses of Sailor Piece. They have a 0.0028% to 0.002% chance to drop, depending on the difficulty/health of these NPCs and bosses.
