Players can collect the Blue Spider Lily from Islands like Deeproot Jungle, Legend's Arena, Fossil Island, Lineage Town & Shinjuku Showdown. After collecting 10 Spider Lilies, players can give them to the Muzan NPC on Fossil Island to get the Demon Race.
In Lineage Piece, players must collect all five Blue Spider Lily Locations around the map to get the Demon Race. While this sounds easy, they only spawn at night, and each one spawns on a unique island. So, if you are wondering how to collect every one of them, here is a detailed guide.
Where are the Blue Spider Lilies Located in Lineage Piece?

Blue Spider Lily Location 1
For the first one, teleport to the Deeproot Jungle. After spawning, walk towards the backside of the Island where you can find a group of Monkey Enemies in an open area. Adjacent to it, you can find a tree and the Blue Spider Lily right under it.
Blue Spider Lily Location 2
The next one requires you to go to the Legend's Arena. On the Island, you can find an open fighting Arena at the center. From the center, walk to the left to find a tree and a Blue Spider Lily underneath it, right at the edge of the ocean.
Blue Spider Lily Location 3
The third Blue Spider Lily is located on the Fossil Island. From the teleporter on this Island, go straight towards the back left side of the Island to find an elevated terrain with one single Tree. Look underneath the Tree to find a Blue Spider Lily.
Blue Spider Lily Location 4
This is the easiest one to collect in the entire list. Travel to the Lineage Town and walk straight from the teleporter location to find a Tree and a Blue Spider Lily underneath it. This is right at the entrance of the Lineage Town landmark.
Blue Spider Lily Location 5
For the final one, go to the Shinjuku Showdown POI. From the Teleporter location, travel towards the right side and wrap around the Island to find a Blue Spider Lily underneath a Tree on top of a small elevated terrain area.
Remember, the Blue Spider Lily only spawns at night, not during the day. So, please wait until the celestial cycle moves and everything becomes pitch-dark. It takes roughly 10 minutes to finish a complete Day & Night cycle in Lineage Piece.

As mentioned earlier, the Blue Spider Lily in Lineage Piece is used to obtain the Demon Race. Once you have collected 10 Blue Spider Lilies, go to the Muzan NPC on Fossil Island and hand over the Lilies to get the Demon Race.
