What level does Buneary evolve in Pokémon Legends: Arceus?

The short answer: Buneary will not evolve from being a certain level under any circumstance. It will, however, evolve from friendship.

How to evolve Buneary into Lopunny

Buneary is a rather stubborn Pokémon that starts off with very low friendship after being caught and requires decently high friendship to evolve. This makes evolving the bipedal rabbit something of a chore at times. With no Soothe Bell in this game, you're left needing to put in some serious elbow grease to raise Buneary's friendship.

If you want to play it safe, Rare Candies and EXP Candies are your best bet. Leveling up provides a solid chunk of friendship, regardless of where the level came from.

But the fastest way (and the easiest on your wallet/resources) is to have Buneary win in battle. We aren't sure if the level of the opponent matters for this, but having Buneary participate and win in battle is a massive boon to friendship.

Be warned: having Buneary faint or giving it bitter medicines like the Remedy will sink Buneary's friendship like a stone. Avoid these at all costs.

If all else fails, just spend time with Buneary. Running around Hisui with it in your party will passively raise its friendship over time. Sending it out to smash stuff and loot trees also supposedly helps.
