How to catch Magikarp

Magikarp is incredibly easy to catch as they will swim right up to your character when you get close to them. Simply throw your basic Poke Ball at them, and you should be able to catch them in seconds. If you do engage in battle with a Magikarp, there is no reason to worry as the only move they know is splash.
