How to evolve Peachone, unlock Ebony Wings and Vandalier in Vampire Survivors

Bird is the word.

Unlike most of the evolvable weapons in Vampire Survivors, Peachone—the bird—has a more complex process. While most weapons just need a single item, Peachone can only be evolved by a single character and with another weapon in your inventory.

To evolve Peachone, you need to unlock Exdash. Follow our guide on unlocking Exdash for more information. Next, you’ll need to unlock Ebony Wings. Ebony Wings is unlocked by getting Peachone to level seven. Ebony Wings will attack in the opposite direction to Peachone if unlocked. Exdash starts with Ebony Wings if you have the weapon unlocked.

During your run, you’ll need to level both Ebony Wings and Peachone to level eight. Then, pick up a chest after the 10-minute mark. These drop from killing bosses. This will unlock Vandalier, a new bird weapon that orbits both Clockwise and Counterclockwise.

This union will fuse Ebony Wings and Peachone, giving you a free weapon slot that you can now fill. That makes Vandalier the only evolution that fuses two weapons together. It also means you can pick up a new weapon later in the game and likely have enough spare item spots to evolve it, as well—a great combo for late-game survival.
