To unlock the Euphonious Kamuy, you need the Euphonious Kamuy Fife, which you can get a number of ways. One way is to complete the Hells' Kier (Extreme) Trial, a evel 70 trial. You can occasionally get lucky and see the fife drop in this Trial.

The next method also comes from completing the Hells' Kier (Extreme) Trial. Every time you complete the trial, you’ll recieve a Suzaku Totem. If you collect 99 of them, you can trade them to Rowena's Representative in Kugane at X: 12.2, Y: 10.8 or Eschina in Rhalgr's Reach, X: 13.8, Y: 11.8. This will grant you the Euphonious Kamuy Fife.

The final way is a limited-time option. From March 14, 2022, the Euphonious Kamuy Fife will be available during the Moogle Treasure Trove event. If you collect 50 Irregular Tomestones of Scripture, you can trade them to the Itinerant Moogle in either Ul’dah, Limsa Lominsa, or New Gridania for the Euphonious Kamuy Fife.

However, the Moogle Treasure Trove event is only set to run until the start of patch 6.1. This is scheduled to be sometime in the middle of April, 2022. So, if you’re using this method, you should do it quickly!
