Founded in 1994 by François Nars, the makeup brand NARS has been shaking up the beauty world for nearly three decades and has now joined the Roblox Metaverse with their elegant experience, NARS Color Quest. In this experience, players can chat with friends, snap fun pictures, complete scavenger hunts, and even earn a handful of free items. How to unlock free items in NARS Color Quest

Update: NARS Color Quest is currently closed, meaning that items mentioned below are no longer available, but it may reopen again in the future.

The bullet points below briefly list every free item that was ever available inside of NARS Color Quest. For a more detailed look at these items, continue reading past this list.

NARS Flower Necklace

Players can earn the NARS Flower Necklace by spawning into the NARS Color Quest experience and speaking to the François Nars NPC. To find this NPC, locate the photography studio—François Nars can be found standing directly in front of the studio's camera.

Once you've approached François Nars, press E to speak to him. Upon doing so, you will earn the NARS Flower Necklace and corresponding badge.

Daily reward items

There are a handful of items in NARS Color Quest that can only be obtained on a certain day before they disappear, possibly forever. A list of these items can be found below.

  • NARS Platinum Short Pixie Hair—July 21, 2022
  • NARS Baseball Cap—July 21, 2022
  • NARS Blush Pink Hair with Bangs—July 27, 2022
  • NARS Black Hoodie—July 30, 2022
  • NARS Pink Blush Top—Aug. 16, 2022
  • NARS Light Reflecting Holographic Hat—Aug. 26, 2022
  • NARS Light Reflecting Bikini Top—Aug. 31, 2022
  • NARS Light Reflecting Cloud Sunglasses—Sept. 5, 2022
  • NARS Black Crop Top—Sept. 9, 2022
  • NARS Blush Floral Board Shorts—Sept. 12, 2022
  • NARS Laguna Gold Buzz Cut Hair 1.0—Sept. 20, 2022

When these items were available, they could be claimed by accessing the Daily Rewards menu and selecting them from the list. To open the rewards menu, select the present icon on the left-hand side of your screen.

With the menu open, use the slider to scroll through its free rewards. Underneath these rewards is the date that they're available to unlock. You'll notice that these rewards are separated into two sections, one that features a small logo in the top-right corner and one that does not—the items with the logo can only be claimed by Premium Roblox players, or those who pay for Roblox Premium. This means that to unlock the NARS Baseball Hat and any other free items in the top section, you'll need to be a Premium member.

While these items are technically free, they do require a bit of work before they can be obtained. In order to unlock any of the items listed below, you'll need to earn in-game currency by completing tasks or collecting daily rewards.

  • NARS Light Reflecting Cloud Hair Accessory—185 Sand Dollars
  • NARS Baseball Cap—205 Sand Dollars
  • NARS Black Hoodie—215 Sand Dollars
  • NARS Molten Laguna Crop Top—240 Sand Dollars
  • NARS Tropical Cuban Shirt—240 Sand Dollars
  • NARS Platinum Short Pixie Hair—240 Sand Dollars
  • NARS Light Reflecting Cloud Sunglasses—375 Sand Dollars
  • NARS Blush Leather Moto Jacket—975 Sand Dollars

NARS Charming Chai Mask (All skin tones)

The NARS Charming Chai Masks can all be obtained in the Blush area of the map. To travel to Blush, click on the teleport button that's located on the left-hand side of your screen and then select the Blush icon. Once in the Blush area, head toward the back of the map and look for the large waterfall. Hidden behind this waterfall is a podium that holds the mask items! To collect these items, simply walk into them. Upon doing so, you should receive all four NARS Charming Chai Masks.
