After months of rumors, Manchester City's soccer team, Manchester United, has joined the Roblox Metaverse. If you're a fan of Man United, or for anyone else who's simply interested in free items, you're in luck! The Man City Blue Moon experience has a handful of Man United-themed UGC items that can be obtain totally for free by following along with the brief guide below.
How to unlock all free items in Man City Blue Moon
The bullet points below briefly list every free item that was ever available inside of Man City Blue Moon. For a more detailed look at these items, continue reading past this list.
- Man City Home Shirt (No longer obtainable)
- Unlocked after collecting 20 points
- Man City Moonship (No longer obtainable)
- Unlocked after collecting 1,000 points
- Man City Flag (No longer obtainable)
- Unlocked after traveling through the Goal Kick Simulator portal
- Man City Esports Kit Shirt (No longer obtainable)
- Unlocked by entering the City Store
- Man City Wings (No longer obtainable)
- Unlocked by joining a round of minigames inside Blue Moon Academy
Man City Wings
To unlock the Man City Wings, players must join and compete in a single round of minigames inside Blue Moon Academy. To do this, look for the Blue Moon Academy building pictured below and enter it.
Once inside, enter the minigame queue by speaking to the Man City mascot.
Then, simply wait for the countdown to end and the minigame to begin. As soon as it begins, you should automatically receive the Man City Wings item and badge.
Man City Flag
The Man City Flag was added to this experience on July 16, 2022, and faced tons of glitches upon its release. When it was available, it could be unlocked by using the in-game portal that took players to Goal Kick Simulator, though many players who completed this task didn't ever receive it.
Man City Esports Kit Shirt
The Man City Esports Kit Shirt was earned by simply entering the City Store. As soon as you entered the store, you received the item and its corresponding badge.
Man City Home Shirt
The Man City Home Shirt can be unlocked by collecting 20 points. These points, pictured below, are spread around the Man City Blue Moon map in various locations and respawn in seconds, making this challenge fairly easy!
After collecting at least 20 Points, the Man City Home Shirt and corresponding badge should appear on your screen.
Man City Moonship
The Man City Moonship item, similar to the Man City Home Shirt, is unlocked by earning Points. This time, however, instead of collecting 20 Points, players will need to collect a whopping 1,000 Points. As you can probably assume, this isn't an easy feat—the best way to go about completing this challenge is to work through Moonchester's quests.
To view all of these quests, click the picture of Moonchester that says Quests on the right side of your screen. Doing so will open the quest menu.
Inside of this menu are nine completable quests. Each time that you complete one of these quests, you will earn the number of Points listed next to them. By completing all of these quests, you can earn a total of 650 Points, which unfortunately still leaves another 350 Points that need to be collected in order to unlock the Man City Moonship. How to complete Moonchester's quests in Man City Blue Moon
Enter the store
To complete this quest, look for the building pictured below and enter it.
Try an Item
While in the City Store, you can also complete the Try an Item quest by approaching any avatar item of your choosing and selecting the Try button that appears above it.

Collect 20 Points
As mentioned earlier in this article, Points can be found all around the map and respawn exceptionally quickly. After collecting 20 Points, you will complete this quest.
Collect 1,000 Points
After grinding your way to 1,000 Points, you will complete this quest.
Play a Match of Moonball
To join a Moonball match, look for the large stadium pictured below and enter its queue. Matches typically last around 90 seconds, so you shouldn't have to wait long for one to start. As soon as you join a Moonball match, you will complete this quest.
Apply for Matchday Squad
To complete this quest, approach the sign pictured below and press Start.
Upon doing so, a variety of user-specific questions will appear in front of you. After submitting your answers to these questions, you will complete this quest.
Visit Goal Kick Simulator through the Portal
If you've earned the Man City Flag item by the time that you're reading this, you've already completed this quest! If you don't have it unlocked yet, you will earn it by using the in-game portal that says Goal Kick Simulator.
Launch the Moonship
In order to launch the Moonship, you'll need to find the UFO pictured below, enter it, and answer its three Man United-related questions.
The answers to these questions are as follows:
- Q: What esports team does Man City have a partnership with?
- A: FaZe Clan
- Q: Who won Premier League 2021-2022
- A: Man City
- Q: What is the Man City anthem?
- A: Blue Moon
After answering these three questions correctly, the Moonship will launch into space and the quest will be completed.
