How to get through the brown poison in Thymesia

Some pustules might be hiding in harder to reach places!

The Sea of Trees houses quite a few areas where players must traverse through a dense cloud of poison. It is possible to just put up with the poison and take a large amount of damage to get to the other side, but this can result in several deaths. Dodging through will conserve HP and get through quickly but destroying the source of the poison is much better. Players can even do this from a distance. This is how to get through the brown poison in Thymesia.

Players will encounter a mist of poison in the first area of the Thymesia, the Sea of Trees. The poison does a lot of damage when the player is fully exposed to it and slows them down while walking through. Dodging through the poison will have players remove the speed and be able to get through the poison quickly. Players can use their Talent Points to get a second Dodge to make this task a lot easier.

Large pustules are the source of the poison in different areas of the game and can be destroyed to clear the air. By dodging towards them, players can deal damage and get rid of them without much trouble. Players can also take them out from a distance using their Feather Darts after locking onto them. Alternatively, a combination can be used by unlocking the Feather Dash. This allows players to throw a Feather Dart and then rush forward toward their target to get within melee distance. This will instantly close the gap for most pustules and only require two hits to destroy the pustule after dashing in.
