It's an all-out Tableturf Battle.

Splatoon 3 includes many fan-favorite multiplayer modes returning from previous games. There are also new modes and features added, including Tableturf Battle. To find Tableturf Battle in Splatoon 3, start by facing the multiplayer lobby entrance. Head up the stairs if you are below or already in front of the lobby, turn right. You will see Murch sitting by a column. You can pass by him and turn left or right down the alleys on that side of Splatsville. The alley on the right with the air conditioning units is quicker.

Both of these paths will take you to a courtyard where you will see Staff, the large orange fish, standing by a table with purple and yellow decorations. Speak to her, and she will give you a Tableturf Battle starter deck and an instruction manual.

Speak to her again and at any time to initiate a Tableturf Battle. You can choose from a selection of opponents based on your level. After receiving your deck and the instruction manual, you can also speak to Inklings and Octolings in Splatsville's Square to challenge them to card battle.
