In the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign, you can go guns blazing or adopt a stealth approach to execute various missions. One of the stealth-oriented missions in the game is El Sin Nombre, in which you infiltrate the safe house of the drug lord who goes by the name of, well, El Sin Nombre or The Nameless.

During the initial phase of the mission, you are interrogated by El Sin Nombre's sicaria—Valeria. She asks you questions, and you must tell her the truth if you want to survive and complete the mission.
