Trials of Osiris is the pinnacle PvP activity in Destiny 2. The very best of the best queue up to eliminate one another in some of the most brutal combat on this side of the system. But sometimes, the real world gets in the way of our sci-fi looter shooter fun. Destiny 2, like any other game, is prone to errors, and Trials of Osiris is no exception. Here are some common issues and how to resolve them.
Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris Matchmaking Issues
Assuming you can log into Destiny 2, the first few hurdles are cleared with a working internet connection and the servers being active. Next, make sure it's actually the weekend. Much like Xur, Trials only shows up on the weekends, exclusively running Fridays through the weekly reset on Tuesdays. Finally, having a ticket from Saint-14 in the Tower is required to participate.

Those are the main issues standing between Guardians and playing. If there is a major outage or known issue, then it will eventually be acknowledged by Bungie's support team and updated as progress is made via Twitter posts. Otherwise, if queue times are a woe and nothing has been announced, then patience will be required. Bungie has been tinkering with SBMM in Trials and trying to keep players from going up against those outside their skill bracket, so it may take time to find an optimal match. Finally, if an error code does pop up while looking for a match, check Bungie's official support forum for more information.
