Despite the success of the 2021 Roliday Rumble, developer and creator younite has taken to Twitter to announce that the event will not be taking place in 2022. This is the first time in four years that the event will be postponed past the holiday season, with the Roliday Rumble occurring each year around Christmas since 2019. Roliday as a whole will continue as planned, with the experience set to debut on December 21, 2022 and close on December 23, 2022.
During this year's toned-down event, players can still participate in a variety of activities, including a museum and art gallery walkthrough, creator stalls, and more. There could also be a few minigames, along with chat spaces for players to make new friends and catch up with current ones. If Roliday 2022 reflects that of 2021, there will be unique badges to collect and quests to complete.

At the time of this article's publication, it's unknown whether any free items will accompany this event. In the past, the Flurry Belt could be earned by participating in the 2021 Roliday Rumble, while the Ice Brain was obtained by simply joining the general Roliday experience. If free UGC items debut alongside the 2022 Roliday event, we will make a guide on how to obtain them accordingly.
