There are numerous tools in Grounded, but the shovel is an important one that lets you dig up grubs and more. Let's look at how to craft a shovel in Grounded.
How to craft a Shovel in Grounded
You need a handful of ingredients to craft a shovel in Grounded, but it shouldn't take long to get them. The most important one is an Acorn Shell, which can be found near the oak tree. Ensure you hvae a hammer, as you need this to get the Acorn Shell. Once you have the necessary ingredients, you can easily make a shovel in the crafting menu. Here is the recipe to craft a shovel in Grounded.
- Sprig x2
- Crude Rope x1
- Acorn Shell x1
Where to find the Oak Tree in Grounded
You can easily spot the oak tree in the distance by looking up and finding the tall tree and its red leaves. Make your way in this direction, but be warned, as there are numerous Orb Weavers. Feel free to use the Arachnophobia mode to turn down their scariness, but be ready for a fight if you get too close.
Acorns are found on the ground near the oak tree. You need a hammer to break them open, but you can use the tool to get an Acorn Top and several Acorn Shells. Acorns can be found near the roots, so you don't need to go all the way to the oak tree to find one. I've marked the location of the oak tree on the map below.
