Few games have excited me, like Skull & Bones. I am a sucker for pirate games, and Skull and Bones looks to be my new obsession, so of course I wanted to join the closed beta for Skull and Bones.
How to play the Skull & Bones closed beta
Joining the Skull & Bones closed beta during August 24, 2023, to August 28, 2023 is an easy task but requires a Ubisoft account. I suggest making one now before trying to register to ease the process. If you already have one like me, the process is simplified. With that out of the way, you can follow the instructions below to sign up for the Skull & Bones closed beta.

The closed beta gave players a first look at the game and demoed what to expect when the full game launches on February 16, 2026. Those who didn't get access to the beta will have to wait for launch day, or you can play Skull and Bones early with the methods listed below.
How to play Skull and Bones early
Skull and Bones will be released on February 16, 2024, but players can sail into the game early by pre-ordering Ubisoft's pirate game. Pre-ordering the Skull and Bones Premium Edition allows you to jump three days before release. Alternatively, you can sign up for Ubisoft+ to access the early period. With the three days, you can get a head start and fulfill your dreams of being a legendary pirate.
