All Missable Trophies, Quests & Weapons- Final Fantasy 16

Don't miss out!

I've been waiting for Final Fantasy XVI for what feels like ages, and now that it's here, I want to experience everything it has to offer. Typical of Final Fantasy games, I wondered if FFXVI also has quests, items, and more that can be missed. Let's check out what you can miss in FFXVI and ensure you don't miss a single thing in the action RPG.

When it comes to things you can miss in FFXVI, this typically applies to two things—side quests and one unique weapon. As you progress through the narrative and main quest, side quests will appear, but these can be missed if you progress in the main story. This point is when you receive The Wages of Guilt quest. This means you should check for side quests after each main story quest.

You can find side quests by their green icon. When looking at the world map, use the Square Button to show Nearby Activities. Hover over different locations on the map to see if there are any available side quests. This ensures you do not miss out on any quest content.

Other than side quests, you can also miss out on getting the Gotterdammerung weapon. This is easily the best weapon in the game, though it can only be obtained during New Game+. You need four ingredients, Ragnarok, Primitive Battlehorn, Darksteel x2, and Orichalcum x3. Therefore, do not sell any of these materials, or you will miss out on the weapon. There is also a trophy, Half Past Twilight, tied to crafting the weapon, and you'll miss this if you sell the ingredients.
