Is Lethal Company 4 player?

Lethal Company is a co-op game that can support multiple players. But if you are like me, you are probably wondering how many of your friends can play with you in co-op multiplayer. On the other hand, I'm sure many people are wondering how playable Lethal Company is as a solo player. Can you play Lethal Company solo?

If you are wondering if you can play Lethal Company solo, the answer is yes. However, we don't recommend playing Lethal Company permanently solo, as the experience is more challenging. In short, you can't monitor the Terminal as a solo player, making avoiding traps and monsters more difficult. Gathing items take more time when you are alone, plus fighting monsters is harder. Because of the difficulty of playing solo, we recommend playing with at least one other friend so that they can monitor the Terminal. Having a friend watching the Terminal makes avoiding monsters and traps easier and finding more items quickly.  

What is the max player count in Lethal Company?

Lethal Company supports up to four players who can join Lan or Online co-op multiplayer sessions. Players can also have only their friends join their games by making their session friends only. If players want to play with other people, they only need to host an Online session with no password. 

Will the player count for Lethal Company increase later? 

If you are wondering if the Lethal Company will increase later on, it's unclear. In short, the developers have not commented about a potential player count increase, nor is there a roadmap detailing one. Players also can't increase the player count with mods as there are no mods for Lethal Company.
