On occasion, especially with the servers full to bursting in Season of Discovery, the NPC you are trying to interact with will have the wrong dialogue information. This is due to some problems with overcrowding, but it's pretty easy to fix.
Can't turn in quests in Season of Discovery solution
If you are in a heavily populated area, there is a chance that an NPC will have the incorrect speech text when you go to talk to them. Usually, they will have the text from a whole different quest chain. This was a big problem when Season of Discovery servers went live at 4:00PM EST, but it will become less and less of an issue as players being to spread out more throughout the map of Azeroth and layers have a chance to work properly.

In order to fix this super annoying error, all you need to do is reload your UI. This can be done by simply pressing enter, then typing /reload into the text bar that appears in the bottom of the screen. This will cause the loading screen to reappear, and it will help to get the right text back with the right NPC. On my server, the only US-based PvE server called Wild Growth, there was no one that I know of that reloading the UI didn't work for them. However, if you continue to have issues, you may need to step out of the game and queue up again. Thankfully, it seems that getting into SoD isn't as challenging as a lot newly-launched WoW content has been in the past.
