In the realistic first-person shooter Bodycam, you can try out a few different game modes like Team Deathmatch, Deathmatch, and Body Bomb. In the latter mode, if the attackers manage to plant the bomb, the defender team will have to defuse it to win the round.
How can you defuse the bomb in Bodycam? (Keybinds)
Defusing an active bomb in Bodycam can be troublesome for new players as being an immersive military shooter, the game gives you no prompts or hints on what buttons to use. First and foremost, you need to find the bomb by following the beeping sound and getting close to it.
An active bomb produces a bright red light, making it easier to spot. Approach the bomb and press E on your keyboard to pick it up; just make sure you're very close and looking directly at it. Once the bomb is in your hands, hold the Left-mouse button (fire trigger input) so your character enters the code to defuse it. In case you want to stop defusing, stop holding the left-mouse and press G to drop the bomb.
How does the Body Bomb game mode work in Bodycam?
In Body Bomb, the attackers carry a bomb that they can place anywhere while the defenders have to defuse it. If you plant the bomb closer to the attackers' spawn, it'll take less time to explode. Teams swap every five rounds and the first squad to get 10 points wins the match. As an attacker, you don't necessarily have to place the bomb somewhere; just carry it with you and finish the opponents to end the game. You can even plant the bomb at an open spot so the defenders are always exposed when trying to defuse it.
