One of the most anticipated Roblox titles for several years now is the One Piece-inspired game Rell Seas. The main reason for all this hype is due to their developers, Rell Games, who were the team behind successful hit games like Shindo Life 1 and 2. So, if you are eagerly awaiting its release, like us, and want to know some details about the release date or confirmed content regarding the game, here is an article explaining everything we know about the game at the moment.
Everything Coming in Rell Seas Movie 3
Over the years, Rell Games have shared various sneak peaks along with Movie 1 and 2 which show us more of the game. However, the one video everyone is waiting for is Movie 3, which is going to showcase a lo of new content, including abilities, some stories, and more. There is no set date for when the video will go up on the RELLGames official YouTube channel.
However, in February of 2026, the team posted a Behind the Scenes video which explains more about their plans as well as why they are so tight-lipped after getting their content and ideas stolen. In the video, they emphasize that their focus is on progression, rather than just flashy cutscenes. As we've also seen with games on Roblox, they have excellent promo with beautifully shot cutscenes, and then they die out because there isn't proper progression, or it gets too grindy.
In Rell Seas, you can progress however you want. You don't have to follow storylines if you don't want to, you can just fish, craft, etc. However, there will be story in the game but they won't be stuffing it down our throat. The goal is to keep the story fast paced and a lot of it will be optional. Additionally, they emphasized that they don't need to overexplain their story.
With the team teasing the game as well as explicitly mentioning multiple times that this is the best game they ever worked on, it is definitely enough to keep us interested for now, but for how long?
When is the release date for Rell Seas?
The Rell Seas team has delayed the official release of the game, with the community making a lot of ''my grandkids will enjoy this game once it's out'' jokes. However, the release date for Rell Seas seems to actually be getting closer.
With the RELL Seas: Behind The Scenes video on YouTube posted in February 2026, the devs also added a comment addressing their communication and the delays of the game. They mentioned that, while they weren't going to give out an exact date just yet after learning their lesson, they think it's possible this year. So all we can do right now is keep our fingers crossed that they mean sooner rather than later in the year.
The game doesn't have an official release date just yet, but there is a big chance it will drop some time in 2026. We will update this page as soon as there is any actual information on it.
So far, there is no confirmation on when Movie 3 will be out either, but we can expect it some time soon, considering that the Trello checklist they wanted to accomplish before the Movie was almost completely done in February of 2026.
