For all those confused players, here is a simple guide explaining everything regarding this objective.

How to create a character out of Pennsylvania in BitLife

To begin, please understand that BitLife does not allow you to create a character from a state directly. What does that mean? Well, while creating a character, you cannot select a state as a birthplace in the details section, but you can always choose a city inside that state. So, to finish the given objective, you must select a city inside the state of Pennsylvania, like Scranton, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia, as the birthplace of your character.

If you don't know how to create a custom character in the game, simply follow the steps below to create one.

• Open BitLife and press the three-striped icon on the top left of the screen to open the main menu.
• Here, click the New Life option and start making a new avatar.
• Firstly, give a name to your character and customize their appearance.
• In the birth details section, select the USA as your birth country and pick either Scranton, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia as your birth city.
• At the end, hit the Create Life button to create your character out of Pennsylvania and finish the given objective.
