How to craft Red Stained Glass in Minecraft

To make red stained glass in Minecraft, you will need red dye, which you will need the following resources listed below to make it.

  • Beetroot
  • Rose Bush
  • Red Tulip
  • Poppy

Overall, red dye is pretty easy to make as you can find four sources as listed above that can be crafted into it inside a crafting table. However, we recommend going for the rose bush route as you will get a double amount of red dye compared to just one with the other resources on this list.

That being said, you can find roses bushes growing in the forest biome, so check there if you want to find them. As for the other resources, here's where you can find them below.

  • Beetroot: You can find beetroots in both desert and forest village farms.
  • Red Tulip: All tulips can be harvested from flower forest and plains biomes
  • Poppy: To get poppies, you can either kill golems or find them growing in most biomes

Once you got some red dye made, you can then make it into red stained glass by placing eight blocks of glass around the dye in the middle slot as shown in the image below.

However, you will of course, need glass to do this, and if you don't know how to get it yet, you can get it by melting down sand inside a furnace.
