As per the reports from the experts, Threat Level won't be a Collection Event, meaning there will be no Prestige Legend skins or Heirlooms. It will be a regular event featuring different weapons and legend skins. @KralRindo also highlighted that several recolor options will be available in the Store update, allowing players to purchase different variants for character and weapon cosmetics.

Is Revenant Reborn coming with the Threat Level Event in Apex Legends?

Players are also wondering if Revenant Reborn will be released during the Threat Level Event in Apex Legends. Earlier it was teased that Revenant will be getting a complete rework to his kit with a set of new abilities. Revenant Reborn is classified as a mythic Prestige skin in the files, and according to experts like @Thordansmash this character might be introduced in the game soon. There is a chance of it being added with the Threat Level event, but it is plausible to expect that Revenant Reborn will be released in a separate Collection Event coming later in Season 17.
