How to get Apex Predator in Apex Legends

Only a few can reach the top of the food chain.

Be prepared for a grind if you're looking to rank to the highest tier in Apex Legends. With Apex's ranked system, you can attain Ranked Points (RP) by winning matches and getting kills. However, each ranked game requires an RP buy-in. This deduction gets higher the more you climb in rank, along with fewer points awarded for kills and wins. Each rank in Apex has four tiers numbered 1-4. These tiers consist of Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Masters, and Apex Predator.

You'll climb through the lower tiers until you reach Masters rank, which is 10,000RP and where the ranked system gets its biggest shakeup. Once you achieve Masters, the 1-4 rankings dissipate, and you're left to compete with the best of the best. What ranked becomes from here is based on the top players on your platform; only the top 750 highest RP totals can be among the Apex Predators.

There are a lot of strategies to help improve your gameplay and help you grind up to the lofty heights of the top 750. One of the most efficient (but by no means easy) is to kill five players per match, and win every match, for 531 games. Which is not something everyone has the time for.

A more general strategy is to play with a full squad. Especially in the higher ranks, communicating with other people that you know can provide a huge advantage, as you can share resources and keep eyes on multiple locations on the map. You are also better suited to playing with the weapons you are most comfortable with, even if they may not be as powerful as others.

Lastly, make sure the legends in your squad are complimentary, with some power, healing, and general utility.
