Here's a list of some missions that have blueprints:

  • Sumire's Old Master: Oni Greaves
  • Mysterious Assassination: Defense Potion
  • Help the Militia I: Kitsune Attire
  • Approaching the Enemy: Amnesia Needle
  • Wails in the Night: Oni Chestpeice
  • Myesterious Asignment: Ancient Blade
  • Approaching the Mines: Smoke Screen

Once you pick a blueprint up, you will unlock the crafting of the said item via the blacksmith NPC in the village square. If it's a blueprint for a dye, you will be able to change your armor's color by speaking to Danjuro back at the village square.

If you don't know where the village square is, you can find it starting at the quest board by following the path shown below. Once you reach the square, speak to either blacksmith or Dye NPC for whatever you need.
