Assassin's Creed Mirage gives me plenty of ways to build Basim's skills, though I prefer playing stealthy and avoiding combat if I can. Those new to the series may be wondering what the best skills are in Assassin's Creed Mirage, especially early on, or may be wondering how to respec skills. Keep reading below to learn the best starting skills to unlock in Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Which skills should I get first in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?
Ultimately, this depends on your play style and your ability. The Kick Back or Pathfinder skills are my recommendation for the best skills to pick first in Assassin's Creed Mirage. Both skills are useful early on and can help in areas you lack.
Kick Back is in the Phantom Skill Tree and makes combat easier, especially when facing multiple enemies. If you struggle with combat or with parrying, this may be the better choice. You can kick enemies off roofs or simply kick them away to give yourself more room to face other foes.
The Pathfinder is in the Predator Skill Tree and makes it easier to detect chests, secret entrances, and more. Overall, Pathfinder allows you to scout areas and plan your route. If you struggle with stealth, Enkidu allows you to locate paths and avoid enemies with ease.
Following these, as you unlock more skill points, I recommend picking up Breakfall, Enkidu Acuity 1, Chain Assassin, and Elixir Pocket. These will give you a wide range of skills that help in all areas. While other skills are helpful, these quickly set you on the path of a master assassin.
Can you respec in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?
The answer is yes. You can respec in Assassin's Creed Mirage anytime with no consequences. In the skill menu, hold the R key on PC, the Square button on PlayStation, or the X button on Xbox. Once you respec, all your skills points are reversed, and you can reapply them how you see fit. However, some skills like Extra Tool Capacity 1 cannot be reset.
