Assassin's Creed Mirage shares many similarities with its predecessor, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, including health regeneration. While most games in the series allow you to automatically recover health outside of combat, things aren't that easy for Basim. In this guide, I'll show you how to restore your health in Assassin's Creed Mirage.
How to restore health in AC Mirage
To heal in Assassin's Creed Mirage, you have to find and eat food. If you're in the city, you can find various pots and items lying around that have food inside. Approach them, and you'll receive a prompt to collect the food and eat it. In the wilderness, you'll have to find edible plants and get some recovery from those.

Aside from food, you can press the Heal button to return to full health during combat. This requires consuming one Elixir, which you can loot from various containers in the city or pickpocket from enemies.
There are also certain armor sets and weapons that have healing effects. For example, I'm using the Sand Sword, which lets me recover 20% of my health for each kill I make while slowing down time. Use these methods to keep Basim healthy and take over Baghdad in style!
