It's a real mess in Back 4 Blood and the world needs someone to clean up the streets. That's where the Cleaners come in. They're a specialized team with unique perks and abilities required to eliminate zombies, aka the Ridden. Here's a look at the characters players can choose from, along with the deadliest Ridden in Back 4 Blood.

The medic of the group, Doc must be relied on when a teammate nears death. What she lacks in powerful artillery she makes up for in ensuring the team's survival.

- +ADS Speed
- +Team Weakspot Damage
The "eye in the sky" seasoned marksman, Jim is the sniper. Players should expect to support the Cleaners from afar and deal damage from long distances. He's especially useful for tracking zombie weakspots where it might otherwise be difficult to strike from close distances.
- Spawns ammo with kills
- +1 Offensive Item Slot
- +Team Ammo Capacity
Hoffman was born to live an apocalypse fantasy. As the resources character, Hoffman is always prepared with molotov cocktails, rifles, and gas masks. He might be a little too excited, all things considered.

The newest member of the Cleaners, Evangelo is a natural-born survivor. He carries an SMG, boasts stamina, and looks great for players who prefer a more agile playstyle.

The Cleaner who carries the entire team on her back is awarded to Mom. This Cleaner sports a double-barrel shotgun and is unafraid to deal damage within inches from danger. Mom will be particularly useful against specialized Ridden. Needless to say, she doles out tough love.

- +Damage Resistance
- +Team Stamina
The barbed-wire baseball bat is most associated with Negan's beloved Lucille from The Walking Dead, but Holly is much more of a softy. She's a college student with a deadly bat and an explosive shotgun who considers herself to be the glue that holds the team together.
All Back 4 Blood
The Breaker is a muscular zombie who can leap large distances and smash Cleaners with its giant fists. This zombie is like the Hulk if Bruce Banner died and rose from the dead.
This Ridden enemy might not be very fast, but it hurls large, deadly projectiles the team calls "Meatballs." Needless to say, avoid the Meatballs.
This long, lanky Ridden isn't necessarily deadly on its own, which is why it screams out for help. If a Cleaner is spotted by the Snitcher, it emits a shriek that calls forth waves of zombies to tear Cleaners limb from limb.
Perhaps the most disgusting of the bunch, the Hag walks around with gangly arms protruding from its mouth and pulsing pustules that threaten to burst from its back. If the Hag finds you first, it will do everything in its power to eat you whole.
There are even more Ridden to take down that haven't received an official reveal. Check out the video below for a more detailed look.
