With a Druid/Fighter multiclass, Jaheira can dish out damage at all times and benefit from Druid Wild Shape. To start off, you will want to take her to Withers to respec her.

The Fighter/Druid multiclass can be customized in many ways with different distribution of levels in each class. However, to get the most out of this build, you should mainly take levels in Druid and only take two levels of Fighter.
Taking a second level of Fighter will unlock Action Surge, which is a great ability you will want to get early. By taking 10 levels of Druid, you will not miss out on too many higher-level abilities and still unlock the Level 10 Druid abilities Wild Shape: Dilophosaurus and Improved Wild Strike.

Best Gear for Jaheira in BG3
Here is some gear that you should aim to equip Jaheira with when she is in your party:
- Armor of Moonbasking: Found in Act 3, purchased from Voiceless Penitent Bareki in the Undercity Ruins
The armor of Moonbasking is the best armor for Druid because it grants temp hit points when Wild Shaping and gives a bonus to AC both in and out of Wild Shape. - Blood of Lathander: Found in Act 2 in the Gith Creche.
The Blood of Lathander is a great weapon for a Paladin using a one-hand weapon. It grants the user Sunbeam, a powerful spell that can damage and blind enemies. The Blood of Lathander quest triggers if you interact with a plaque in the central first floor room of Rosymorn Monastery. - Shifting Corpus Ring: Found in Act 2 after defeating Marcus at the Last Light Inn.
The Shifting Corpus Ring grants Blur and Invisibility, which can be very helpful concentration spells. - Cloak of the Weave: Found in Act 3, purchased from Helsik at the Devil's Fee.
The Cloak of the Weave increases Spell Attack and DC by one and also can absorb elements once per short rest to infuse into your attacks.
How to play Jaheira in BG3
Jaheira can be a very versatile character to have in your party. Her Druid abilities allow her to use offensive and support spells, Wild Shape, and dish out lots of damage. The best strategy to use for playing as Jaheira is to use your offensive spells, then buff yourself or allies using spells like Blur, Barkskin, Haste, etc, and then Wild Shape to deal more damage and keep your health up. Druids benefit from having a lot of heath from Wild Shaping, so if you can manage your health well, Jaheira should be able to take a lot of damage as well.
Jaheira can adapt to many situations and her levels in Fighter will help her get through tough situations with healing and an extra action.
