Baldur’s Gate 3 Momentum – What does it mean?

What does it mean?

Most RPGs like Baldur's Gate 3 feature various stats on items such as armor, weapons, and accessories. One such stat is Momentum, which affects the user's movement speed in combat. Here's everything you need to know about Momentum in Baldur's Gate 3.

What does Momentum mean in BG3?

Momentum is one of many equipment features players can find on various armor/items, which provide passive effects or buffs. Momentum increases the movement speed of players by 3m. However, players lose the boost to movement speed when they get the following:

  • Restrained.
  • Incapacitated.
  • Prone.
  • Slow Down.
