Once arrested, your party will be transported to a cell in Wyrm's Rock Prison. You will find a strange glowing skull on a shelf in the back of the cell. Talk to the Unusual Skull and it will reveal itself to be Marvin. He will then give you two riddles to solve.

While talking to Marvin, you can try to persuade him to speak normally. The questions and answers remain the same if you fail, but the delivery may be a little easier to understand if you pass. Here are the answers to Marvin's riddles in Wyrm's Rock Prison:

"I fly, but not through the sky. I say goodbye at night and hello in the morning. I am part of you, and follow wherever you go. I wear only black, and run from the light. Yet without it I couldn't exist. Who am I?
Answer: A Shadow

"I am beaten and battered, but never break. My crown has felt the strike of endless blades, yet I can never move. I never sweat, even when the summertide sun shines upon me. Who am I?"
Answer: An Anvil

After solving Marvin's riddles, he will ask you if you are ready to leave the cell. Selecting yes will teleport you right outside of the cell with 10 turns of Invisibility. At this point, you should enter turn-based mode, then talk to Marvin with each party member to teleport them out of the cell.

Once you are out of the cell, locate the Equipment Chest next to the cell to get your equipment back. Now, with all members of your party Invisible, use turn-based mode to escape the prison. Run south towards the entrance of the prison and either pickpocket a guard for the key or lockpick the door. Once you are out of the prison, run through Wyrm's Rock Castle and towards the Lower City. Once you are out of the castle, you will no longer have a fugitive status and guards will no longer be hostile.
