To find Lady Esther to purchase the amulet, you will need to make your way through the Mountain Pass and reach the Trielta Crags Waypoint. Once you get to the waypoint, travel northeast down the steps until you can see the path split. Lady Esther will be standing near the steps towards the east. Talk to her and exhaust her dialogue until you can ask her to trade. You can now purchase the Periapt of Wound Closure from Lady Esther.

The Periapt of Wound Closure should be equipped to a party member who benefits the most from maximum healing. Front-liners are a great option to have the Periapt of Wound Closure, especially if you have a Cleric or another healer to give them maximum hit points with every heal.
