Completing the BitLife Massive Gains Challenge is easy once you know how to achieve each objective. Start by creating a female character from Kansas, and then follow the steps below.

To complete the Massive Gains Challenge in BitLife, players will need to achieve the following main objectives:
- Be born a female in Kansas
- Become a real estate agent
- Marry a real estate agent
- Upgrade more than five run-down properties
- Sell more than three fully-upgraded futuristic homes
Before starting the Massive Gains challenge, you must buy the Landlord Expansion Pack in BitLife, as the entire challenge revolves around the DLC. You can purchase the DLC from the in-game store for $4.99.
How to be born as a female in Kansas - BitLife Guide
The first objective of the Massive Gains challenge is to be born as a female in Kansas. To do this, you must select any city from Kansas, like Wichita or Kansas City, while choosing female as your gender in the character creation menu. Hit the Start button, and the objective will be over.
How to become a real estate agent in BitLife
The second task in the Massive Gains challenge is to become a Real Estate agent. Though the main criteria to become a Real Estate agent is only to graduate high school, you also must have a good Looks rating(above 50), a car, and a driving license. So, either look for such a character by re-rolling while creating the life or use the God mode DLC to custom-create one. To own a car, you must save money by working part-time jobs or can ask for money from close family members.
Once all the criteria are met, visit the Jobs section and look for a post titled - Real Estate Agent(Small Business). Apply for it and crack the interview to become an agent.
How to marry a real estate agent in BitLife
The third objective of the Massive Gains challenge is to marry a Real Estate Agent. The best way to get hitched to a Real Estate Agent is to date one of your other colleagues from your office circle. Visit the Co-Workers tab, and pick a person of your liking to date.
Once you have a target, build the relationship parameter with them by complimenting, gifting, and spending time with them. Soon, propose and get married like any other couple in BiLife.
How to upgrade more than five run-down properties in BitLife
The fourth objective in the latest challenge is to upgrade more than five run-down properties or low-condition homes. For this, buy more than five properties and upgrade/add amenities to them. Visit the Real- Estate section under the Shopping section to purchase properties.
After purchasing, visit the Assets section and choose the Properties option. Select your property and add amenities to them. Add amenities to five different properties to finish the objective.

How to sell more than three fully-upgraded futuristic homes in BitLife
The last objective of the Massive Gains challenge is to sell more than three fully upgraded futuristic homes. To make this happen, you need to buy three futuristic homes and upgrade them to the max. Once you have done that, sell the house to potential clients to finish the challenge. Remember, you need to have a lot of money to buy futuristic homes, as they cost millions. So, it's better to earn some quick bucks into other high-paying jobs like being a doctor, lawyer, musician, actor, or sportsperson before becoming a Real Estate Agent.
