To buy your Best friend bitzenship in Bitlife, you will first need to get a job as a Jr. App Developer at Bitlife. To do this, you will need to first go to college and graduate with a computer science degree, and be born in the United States in Miami.
Start by creating your character and the aging up to the point of high school. When you graduate from high school, you will be able to apply to college.
Make sure you apply for a computer science degree. Once you graduate from college, search the job list for a Jr. App Developer job and make sure the employer is Bitlife.
Apply, and if you get the job, you will be able to gift one of your Best friends bitzenship. To do this, find your best friend under the relationship tab, click their profile and look for the gift option.
Under gifts, you will see a bitzenship option, click it and then tap gift, and doing so will give your friend bitzenship.

But in short, you need to increase your friend's relationship to the point where an event pops up saying you two are best friends.
