Completing the Office Olympian Challenge is easy once you know how to achieve each objective in the challenge. Start by creating any character from Scranton, Pennsylvania, and then follow the steps explained in the chart below

ObjectiveHow to Complete it
Work a Corporate job in Scranton, PennsylvaniaTo do this, create a character, choose any gender of your choice and select the United States and Scranton as your birthplace. Now, you will need to get a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems as most corporate companies in BitLife are IT-based. After graduating, choose any corporate job of your choice in the same city. 
Prank a single co-worker 5+ timesAfter getting your job, use the Prank option on any 5 of your co-workers. Job > Co-Worker > Worker > Prank.
Get a Promotion while working less than expectedTo do this, you will need to get a promotion without working your regular hours. Reduce your working hours from default 40/hours to something like 32 or 30 hours a week. Use the "Work Harder" option to increase your chance of promotion. Job > Hours > Anything less than 40 hours.
Get a co-worker firedTo do this, you will need to report one of your co-workers to HR. 
Job > Report someone to HR > choose the person. It's better to report an incident or mishaps to have a higher chance of firing your colleague.
Marry a co-workerTo complete this, date and be in a relationship with any of your co-workers. Try to win them by giving gifts and then propose to them. You can also accept offers from the opposite end.

Remember, It's better not to leave or change your job while completing the entire challenge.
