Let's take a look at How to Earn the Cat Lady Ribbon in BitLife! If you're looking to become a spinster that turns to a life full of taking care of  cats, then you can earn yourself a ribbon for going along that path in BitLife. This ribbon can be a bit more difficult to earn if you aren't a Bitizen, but it is still possible!

How to Get the Cat Lady Ribbon

First things first, we need to be a woman to get this ribbon. So make sure you roll one of those as your next new life. After that, you don't really need to do much other than that in terms of building your character. You'll want to be health enough, because we're going to need to live long enough to own enough cats to obtain the ribbon. You will need to maintain at least some level of happiness, health, smarts, and looks or you won't pass the interview to get a pet from the shelter.

Grow up normally and make sure to have some cats as your pets while you level through your early years. Don't bother with any relationships, and continue to go through school. Get a job that will make you decent money, but not too much because we don't want to get a different ribbon. Own the maximum amount of cats and purchase a house as soon as you can. Once you own a house you can have more pets. From what I can tell, it looks like you can have four at a time (non-Bitizen w/house).

Try to adopt the oldest cats with the lowest stats in health you can so they won't live very long and you can then have more and more cats. In total, you will need to have owned at least 30 cats throughout your life, while owning less than 5 pets of any other species. If you can accomplish that and not manage to earn something else, you will be given the Cat Lady Ribbon!
