We highly recommend using this option whenever your pets get sick or yearly to ensure nothing is wrong with them. However, going to the vet just like in real life can cost a lot of money, so we recommend having a decent job with a steady paycheck.

You will also need to go to the vet to complete one of the Crazy Cat Lady challenge objectives. In short, the objective is that you will need to take all of your cats to the vet in the same year.

Completing this objective is very simple and easy to do. Simply find the relationship tab and click on each cat's profile and click the veterinarian option one after another.

Also, make sure to take all cats in the same year to the vet, or it will not count towards completing the challenge in Bitlife. After you finish taking the last cat to the vet, it should mark the objective in the challenge as finished for you.
