A prenup is a feature players can utilize when their characters get married in Bitlife. It also serves a unique purpose, and here we will explain what exactly it does and how you can get it.
How to get a Prenup in Bitlife
A Prenup is a legal agreement where all prior assets before you get married are considered yours and yours alone. Along with this, a prenup will declare anything earned after you get married is considered shared assets between spouses. In short, you can use a prenup to protect your assets in the event of a divorce, as without one, you will need to share the assets with your ex-spouse.

That being said, you can get a prenup whenever you get engaged. At this point, you should get a pop-up to sign up for a prenup from your spouse. In other cases, you can get the option to bring it up. However, be warned forcing your spouse to sign one can result in them calling it off.
You should only consider getting one for your character if you have a vast fortune or plan to make one. But, you can more often than not avoid divorce all together by keeping your spouse happy and their relationship levels high. Yet again, strange things can happen in Bitlife, so it couldn't hurt to be prepared for the worst.
