Becoming a Farmer in BitLife is not difficult as the job doesn't feature any major skill or stat requirement. Because of this, all you have to do to become a Farmer is to search for a job after your character becomes an adult. Once you become an adult in BitLife, view the Jobs tab until you find the Farmer Job. When you find the Farmer job, apply and answer your interview questions. If you answer correctly, you will become a Farmer and finish the last objective in the 420 challenge.
