How to easily defeat the Bombmaker in DMZ

The main boss of Tsuki.

Call of Duty: Warzone DMZ received a new map, Ashika Island, with the Season 2 content update. Just like Al Mazrah, the island map also has a boss holding a Weapon Case that you can secure and extract for special rewards. Here's how to get Weapon Case in Ashika Island in Warzone 2 DMZ.

How to find and defeat the Bombmaker in DMZ

The Bombmaker spawns in Tsuki Castle in the center of Ashika Island and is highlighted with the yellow case icon on every player's tac map. The area is heavily guarded by armored Shadow Company soldiers, hence, we recommend you go fully prepared with sufficient armor plates, munitions boxes, self-revive kits, and Thermite as your lethal, which you'll soon know why. You should approach the stronghold from the south side, jump onto its roof, and take out some enemies from the windows shown in the second picture.

Once this step is done move around the roof and you should find a sentry turret robot patrolling in the central area of Tsuki Castle. Stay out of its line of sight and stick it with your Thermites. It should take two of these lethals to take out the bot, and if you miss, simply shoot at it to disable it. Now, clear out any guards in the area and hack the sentry bot by approaching it to unlock the doors to the castle.

At some point during your attack, a Juggernaut may also spawn near. You can kill him easily just make sure to stay away from his minigun's bullets. Furthermore, take out any tactical cameras nearby as they'll keep calling in reinforcements by spotting you. Now, instead of taking the main entrance, take the side entrance that has been shown in the image above. You'll find a sentry turret right in front of you, but there's no need to fight it. Just wait for it to look away and run to the stairs on the left.

Go up the stairs and you'll find yourself in the hallway in the main section of Tsuki Castle (first image). You can wait here for a bit, but note that the longer you stall the more enemies will push you. You need to go right from here where you'll find another sentry turret in the way. Wait for it to swing away and rapidly make your way up the stairs to the right (second image). As you're climbing the stairs, a Riot Shield guard will push. You can either stick him with your lethal or shoot it in the leg or hands.

Defuse the tripwire and peek from the edge of the stairs to take out the enemies held up on the top floor. Your lethals and tacticals will be useless unless you destroy the Trophy Systems. Killing these bots, and even the Bombmaker, isn't a tough job and you can do so within seconds. However, the second phase of this challenge is more difficult.

As soon as the Bombmaker is dead, a few guards will flank you from the stairs where you came from. Take them out, grab the Weapon Case, and exit Tsuki Castle as fast as you can. Beware of the enemies and sentry turrets in your path and engage them only if necessary. While you're holding the high-value briefcase, you'll be marked for every other player on the map. Your objective is to survive real players and bots and successfully exfil from the DMZ with the Weapon Case for rewards. One simple yet effective tip is to drop the case while the exfil chopper is arriving so that other players can't live-track you. You can pick it up and leave once the helo lands.
