The Daniel "Ronin" Shinoda can be unlocked by purchasing the Season 2 Battle Pass for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. You can do so by clicking on the Buy Battle Pass icon at the bottom right and then purchasing either the Battle Pass Bundle for 2400 CoD Points or the standard one for 1100 CoD Points.

Those who don't purchase the Battle Pass can unlock limited free rewards, however, the premium version owners can acquire all the featured items, including the bonus B0 sector that includes the base Ronin operator skin alongside four other rewards.

Furthermore, completing the progression tree of the entire Season 2 Battle Pass unlocks the completionist rewards, including The Peak operator skin for Ronin, as shown in the image above. After Season 3 arrives, the only way to unlock Ronin would be by purchasing this operator's bundle from the Cod Store.
