How to beat Clan Capital Challenge in Clash of Clans

Storm the capital!

Enduring mobile hit Clash of Clans stays at the top of the ranking thanks to its continuous series of updates that continue to keep the game fresh. One of the highlights for me is the regular challenge events, as no matter how much you play, you’re given set troops to succeed with.

Clash of Clans - How to get three stars in Clan Capital Challenge

You have three minutes to complete the challenge and try to wipe out all enemies, which will get you three stars. For this task, you’ll be given the following units: Raged Barbarians (x4), Mega Sparky (x1), Super Wizard (x4), PEKKA (x1), Super Miner (x2), Frost Spell (x1), Lightning Spell (x1), Healing Spell (x1), Endless Haste Spell (x1), Jump Spell (x1). I've completed the task as described below, so I can verify it works.

You’ll begin with an entrance available in the center of the bottom wall. Send in two Raged Barbarians, first from left of center and then from right of center. Once they’ve taken out the central goblin hut, they’ll head in different directions to attack the next two huts.

Once they split, send the PEKKA, two Super Wizards, and a Raged Barbarian to help the left side. Send your Mega Sparky and the other two Super Wizards down the right path. Once all those troops are deployed, drop your Frost Spell (white) to the left of the central Goblin Thrower. This will slow it down, but more importantly, it also freezes the water here.

Once all the goblins at the bottom are gone, send in a Super Miner to come under the wall and attack the left-side Goblin Thrower. You should also send in your last Raged Barbarian to help the wizards with the Mega Sparky at this point.

The Sparky should now take down the central (frozen) Goblin Thrower. Once it has, use the Lightning Spell (blue) to take out as many of the goblins that spawn afterward as you can. As you tackle these goblins with the Sparky, use your Endless Haste Spell (purple) on these troops (they’ve got more work to do, so you’ll need to do this to meet the time limit).

With the central goblin thrower down, deploy your second Super Miner by the wall behind where it was. It will head (along with your other miner) underneath and start moving towards the capital hall. To make sure they stay alive as they take down the goblin huts here, use the Healing spell (yellow) on the area.

This just leaves the Jump Spell (green), which you can use on the bush behind (and just to the left of) the capital hall to allow the PEKKA to also attack it from the left. If all of this goes to plan, you should get your three stars with a little time to spare.
