How to get Clotted Cream Cookie for free in Cookie Run Kingdom

Clotted Cream Cookie is CRK's first Super Epic Cookie, a rarity given to characters with unique abilities and a power level that tops Epic but falls a little short of Legendary. Clotted Cream is a Magic Cookie that prioritizes staying in the middle of the battlefield. He excels as a DPS in longer battles or burst teams—and he doesn't fall short on the aesthetic department, either!

While Clotted Cream Cookie can be pulled from the regular gacha using Crystals or Cookie Cutters, you can get him for free and on rate-up until June 14, 2022, by participating in the For the Republic! event.

Cookie Run: Kingdom For the Republic! Event Guide

Head to the event menu and select For the Republic! on the lefthand corner. Your goal is to complete daily and event-long Missions to collect Consul's Emblems, which can be used to pull in the Consul's Brilliance gacha.

Pay attention to the Daily Missions label above some tasks, as well as the timer at the bottom of the page, which indicates when Daily Missions will reset. As you can only get a limited number of Consul's Emblems in event-long Missions, it's highly recommended to do the dailies whenever possible to maximize farming.

Keep in mind that your Daily Missions' progress will reset whenever they refresh. Meanwhile, your progress for event-long Missions applies across all similar tasks. For instance, doing the Guild Battle will count toward "Play in Guild Battle 15 times," "Play in Guild Battle 30 times," and other similar Missions.

How to Pull in the Consul's Brilliance Gacha

Click on Meet the Consul at the upper right of the event screen to access Clotted Cream Cookie's rate-up gacha. He can be pulled at a rate of 0.421 percent (versus 0.060 percent on the normal gacha). Each pull costs 100 Consul's Emblems.

This rate-up gacha is different from CRK's Ancient Cookie gacha, as Clotted Cream Cookie is the only character you can pull. Other rewards include House Crests, Crystals, Rainbow Cubes, Toppings, and resources.

The pity system is a little complicated—you need to pull for all nine unique House Crests to get a guaranteed Clotted Cream Cookie. The House Crest you get is completely random, but you're guaranteed one every 20 draws.
