How to turn off genitals in Cyberpunk 2077

Life in Night City encourages ultimate freedom, no matter what life path you choose at the start of the game. This freedom extends toward Cyberpunk 2077’s character creation, which offers one of the most robust customization options in recent memory. Everything from changing the length of your nails to the size of your genitalia is fair game in this sci-fi world. 

Yes, you read correctly: you can customize your genitals in Cyberpunk 2077.

How to turn off Genitals

For many eager Cyberpunk 2077 players, customizing genitalia is a step too far toward uncomfortable. No matter your reason for wanting to avoid seeing genitals in Cyberpunk 2077, please rest assured that genitals can be completely turned off before even starting the game. 

Fortunately, turning off genitals in Cyberpunk 2077 can be done completely at the Start Screen, so you won’t even have to begin the game to turn off genitals. Make sure to do so as soon as possible, however, because genitals are explicit and present in the character customization setup.

The Nudity Censor is turned off by default in Cyberpunk 2077, which means you will see nudity in Cyberpunk 2077 unless you follow these steps. If you do not want to see nudity, you must turn on the Nudity Censor in the game’s settings. 

To turn off genitals before hitting New Game, follow these steps:

• Click on Settings.
• At the top of the screen, click the Gameplay option.
• Scroll down to the very bottom and look for Nudity Censor.
• Turn Nudity Censor from Off to On. The Nudity Censor must be turned On if you want to turn off genitals in Cyberpunk 2077.

And that’s it. If you have turned on the Nudity Censor in the Settings menu, then you have turned off genitals in Cyberpunk 2077. This will completely remove the Genitals option and all nudity visuals in Cyberpunk 2077.

Note: This setting can always be reversed by going back into the Gameplay settings and turning the Nudity Censor back off.
