The Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 opens up a brand new section of Night City for players to explore. The Dogtown district has some exclusive POIs that you will not find outside. This includes the Dogtown Black Market Vendor, which sells some of the best weapons that you cannot purchase elsewhere.
Where to find the Dogtown Black Market in Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty
Open the map and go to the large stadium in the north of the Pacifica Dogtown region (see marker). Change the map Filter to Service Point and zoom in on the stadium. Look for the icon with eurodollars and glasses to locate the Dogtown Black Market Vendor. Now, press the input for Track Waypoint to show the direct path to your destination. You can easily reach the Black Market in Dogtown from the EBM Petrochem Stadium fast travel point.

Approach the Black Market Vendor—Herold—and tell them that you wanna buy something. You can then browse through the wide selection of weapons available at the shop and also sell your owned weapons. You'll mostly find rare Tier 5 melee weapons and guns, in addition to some Tier 4 ones, at the Dogtown Black Market.
