The new Onslaught Horde mode can be challenging for beginner players, but don't worry; here is a straightforward loadout build you can easily replicate inside Destiny 2 to complete the mode and reap all the rewards, like the Brave Arsenal Weapons.
Top 3 Loadouts for Onslaught Horde Mode in Destiny 2
Below, I have listed three builds for each class: Hunter, Warlock, and Titan. You can either copy the loadout as it is in the game or make some subtle changes to suit your gameplay style and strategies.
Onslaught Horde Mode Hunter Loadout
For everyone's favorite Hunter, we are going for a Dragon's Breath and Throwing Knife combo build. The combo is a heavy counter for boss-type enemies as it turns off their buff for a short moment. So, you would typically start any fight using the Dragon's Breath, followed by Throwing Knives and Ignition.
When you use Ignition, most abilities will be debuffed, allowing you to spam the boss to cause further damage with Super. That's the loop! Repeat the same procedure starting from Dragon's Breath and eliminate all the enemies in your path.
Subclass
- Super: Blade Barrage
- Abilities: Gambler's Dodge, Triple Jump, Knife Trick, and Healing Grenade

Weapons
- Weapons: Scatter Signal or Dragon's Breath
- Armor: Shards of Galanor

- Head: Hands-on and Harmonic Siphon
- Chest: Solar Resistance, Arc Resistance, and Void Resistance
- Arms: Heavy Handed and Impact Induction

Onslaught Horde Mode Warlock Loadout
This warlock build has a bit of everything. Clear waves of enemies or any target using your Cold Heart, Pulse Grenade, and Arc Soul Abilities in the mode. These three abilities are the trinity for this build, and ensure you are using all three at equal intervals.
If you are getting hit by opponents heavily, deploy your healing rift safely and restore your HP. But that is unlikely to happen due to the Fallen Sunstar armor, which provides excellent defense and channels the ability energy for arc builds.
Subclass
- Super: Chaos Reach
- Abilities: Healing Rift, Burst Glide, Chain Lightning, and Pulse Grenade
- Aspects: Arc Soul and Lightning Surge
- Fragments: Spark of Shock, Spark of Brilliance, Spark of Beacons, and Spark of Ions.

Onslaught Horde Mode Titan Loadout
This Titan ability is one of the most balanced builds for the Onslaught game mode. The entire build revolves around keeping up the Woven Mail using Tangles, which provides nearly 55% damage reduction for your character, allowing you to be aggressive and in your face against most enemies in the mode.
The other major highlight of the build is the Banner of War stand that provides nearly infinite healing for yourself and your teammates. So, simply hold your ground, equip the banner, and farm kills while the banner heals you until the end of the game mode.
Subclass
- Super: Bladefury
- Abilities: Towering Barricade, Strafe Lift, Frenzied Blade and Grapple
- Aspects: Banner of War and Into The Fray
