Destiny 2 Supreme Wellmaker Mod, Explained

Ice to meet you.

Mods make or break a Guardian as they form the foundational blocks for builds in Destiny 2. Here's what it does and how to get it.

What is the Supreme Wellmaker Mod in Destiny 2?

Supreme Wellmaker was introduced in Season 15 as part of the Wayfinder's Compass. It is now on random rotation from Ada-1 in the Tower. When equipped, casting your Super generates three Stasis elemental wells near you. Note that this doesn't apply to Crucible, Trials, or Iron Banner.

Supreme Wellmaker is part of the elemental well family of mods. Generating elemental wells allows them to be picked up by any Guardian as they are instanced. When picked up, an elemental well will grant energy to a Guardian's lowest energy ability. Should the elemental well match the Guardian's subclass, it will apply to all abilities. This is where having the right armor element type comes into play and how its compatibility with the subclass can really make a build shine. Supreme Wellmaker lives up to its name and generates plenty of elemental wells to recharge your abilities.
